? ขยายเวลาประเมินความเสี่ยง COVID-19 รอบแรก วันสุดท้าย 18 ธ.ค. นี้‼️
ขอความร่วมมือผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาที่จะเข้ารับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตร ครั้งที่ 41 และบุคลากรของสถาบันที่จะต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในหอประชุมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 6 รอบพระชนมพรรษา ทุกท่าน
เข้าไปกรอกแบบประเมินความเสี่ยง COVID-19 เพื่อคัดกรองผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงที่จะมีโอกาสติดเชื้อ ให้เข้าสู่กระบวนการติดตามและเฝ้าระวังก่อนวันซ้อมใหญ่และวันพิธี ดังนี้
? ครั้งที่ 1 (หมดเขต 18 ธันวาคม 2563)
? ครั้งที่ 2 (ระหว่างวันที่ 1-4 มกราคม 2564)
ผู้ที่จะเข้ารับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรทุกคน รวมถึงบุคลากรของสถาบันที่จะต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในหอประชุมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 6 รอบพระชนมพรรษา จะต้องเข้าไปประเมินความเสี่ยง COVID-19 อีกครั้ง ‼️‼️ และสังเกตอาการผิดปกติ เช่น มีไข้ ไอ มีน้ำมูก เจ็บคอ ไม่ได้กลิ่น ลิ้นไม่รับรสหรือไม่
? ผู้ที่ถูกประเมินข้อมูลคัดกรองเบื้องต้นและสถาบันตรวจสอบว่ามีความเสี่ยง จะต้องตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายทุกวันและรายงานผลผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองข้อมูลการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) พิธีพระราชทานปริญญาบัตร ครั้งที่ 41 เป็นระยะเวลา 14 วัน
? หากสถาบันตรวจสอบพบความเสี่ยงต่อการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อ COVID-19 ผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยง จะต้องเข้าตรวจเชื้อจากรายชื่อสถานพยาบาลที่กรมควบคุมโรคกำหนด โดยเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเอง และหากผลตรวจยืนยันว่าไม่มีเชื้อ COVID-19 ในร่างกาย จึงจะมีสิทธิเข้ารับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตร
??? ทั้งนี้ ผู้ที่ไม่เข้าประเมินความเสี่ยงตามที่สถาบันกำหนด จะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าร่วมในพิธีพระราชทานปริญญาบัตร ???

? Preliminary Screening and Institute Assessment. Risk must check your body temperature daily and report online results to Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) Royal Ceremony 41st card for 14 days
? If Institute investigates the risk of the COVID-19 epidemic, risky people must check from the list of nursing facilities provided by Department of Disease Control and if the result confirms that there is no COVID-19 in the body. To have a right to attend the Royal degree card.
??? Those who don’t take risk assessment as prescribed by institutions will not be allowed to participate in the Royal Ceremony of Card Degree ???
